Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Once the warehouse has begun processing your order, cancellations are no longer permitted. To cancel your order within the allowed time frame, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, please ensure that:

• The product is in unused condition.
• The original packaging is intact and undamaged.
• All components and accessories are included in the return.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Return

3. Securely package the product and ship it back to the provided return address.

Refund Process
